    Level One: Safe Rider/Co-Rider
    Safety by Commitment
Commitment to safety
No Safe Miles Required!
RENEWAL: None required

    Safe Miles Versus High Miles
TWO ways to demonstrate your accomplishments!

Advancement to Levels Two and Four is based on Safe Miles ridden.  The focus is on accident-free miles ridden accident-free within GWRRA.  Safe Miles are defined as miles ridden since joining GWRRA or since the rider/co-rider’s last accident.  Updated in 5000 Miles (pin) and 100,000 Miles (patch) increments.
You may have ridden hundreds of thousands of miles, yet just joined GWRRA. Welcome! We encourage you to get involved!  The High Mileage Program is designed for YOU!  It recognizes ALL miles ridden on ANY motorcycle, regardless of accidents or GWRRA membership! Updated in 50,000 Miles increments (Pin w/ hanger bar).
Questions on the difference between Safe Miles and High Miles should be referred to your Chapter Educator.
