The question as to where Rider
Education Program patches and pins are placed on a vest often comes up with new
members and old. There are no “requirements”
or “guidelines” as to how and where the patches are placed. The image below shows one possible
orientation. Shown on this vest are the
various patches and pins involved or affiliated with the Rider Education
